You can view some of the comments on the draft environmental impact report regarding the development of the concord naval weapons station from groups such as The Sierra Club, Save Mount Diablo, Greenbelt Alliance and more, online, here. I for one have high hopes that the EIR isnt sufficient enough, and we get some lawsuits that stop any sort of development out on what should be left as open space.
