Corrupt cops are nothing new or surprising to anyone who has ever dealt with law enforcement. Looks like one of Contra Costa's finest is now in trouble himself.
"Norman Wielsch, commander of the Central Contra Costa County Narcotics Enforcement Team, and Chris Butler, who runs the P.I. firm Butler and Associates, were booked into County Jail in Martinez on Wednesday on scores of suspected offenses including possession and sale of marijuana and controlled substances, embezzlement, second-degree burglary and conspiracy."
